Yes Comodo Programs Manager is not as powerful as other third party products it's supposed to replace. It's pretty much like like making shortcuts to Windows features for your desktop. But everything is laid out and organized well. Everything within a click rather than navigating through Windows to find these services.

The downsides are the fact it's just like having Windows basic features on your desktop. It doesn't monitor or keep your software patched like Secunia PSI. It's not as powerful an uninstaller or start up manager as Revo Uninstaller. It won't let you do Windows Updates without Windows Updates turned on. It won't optimize Windows Services like Vista Services Optimizer and it won't keep your drivers or software up-to-date for you.

For those who want just a simple way to reach all the basic Windows tools, this is very good to have around. However if your expecting a powerful replacement to your current third party products then you will be very disappointed. I only recommend Comodo Programs Manager to those who just want an easy way to use the basic Windows features.

Note: I have been talking with Comodo and making suggestions to improve Comodo Programs Manager. They have been very responsive and seem very interested in listening to ways to improve Comodo Programs Manager. I will continue testing Comodo Programs Manager and keep everyone updates to the changes made.
